VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (FTN) – Just days after loitering concerns, a southern Vigo County couple says they are now having Peeping Tom issues.
On Friday morning, Minnie Mouse said she noticed a giant child peeking through her window.
“I was scared, he has reached in here and just grabbed me before. I’ve been thrown. Now, he is just watching. It’s unnerving,” Minnie said.
The sheriff’s office says the peeping tom was identified as one-year-old Alexander Essex.
“This is an ongoing problem, yes. But the sad truth of the matter is the child owns the house and the people in it. If he wants to look through the window, he isn’t breaking any law,” Sheriff Woody said.
Police say the best you can do is keep an eye out, or for ultimate privacy, consider moving to the bottom of the toybox.
