TERRE HAUTE, Ind (FTN) – An investigation is underway after emergency responders found an airplane under a house.
The discovery was made just before noon on Wednesday.
Witnesses report hearing a toddler yell, looking over, and seeing the house flipped over on top of the plane.
Police say that toddler was one-year-old Alexander Essex.
“It was scary. I’ve lived in this bedroom for almost six months, and I’ve only seen something like this about 40 times,” witness, Donald Duck said.
Luckily, no one was inside the house at the time of the incident.
Our crew says passengers on the plane simply appeared to be stickers.
“Uh. Are we calling this a terror attack? No. I think it was the mad throw of a temper tantrum,” Sheriff Woody told us.
For some residents of the bedroom, those words still aren’t very comforting.
“What if I’m next? I’m happy at the bottom of the toy box. It felt safe. But that plane was also in the toy box. I want to move, but I don’t know where I would go, the closet maybe? But who can afford that?” An unnamed robot said.
Police are still deciding whether to file charges against Essex.
